As a factory of technologies we offer and supply complete systems for wastewater treatment and for disposal and end management of products generated in the process, alongside with individual elements and devices for wastewater treatment lines as a part of modernisation or renovation.

We have implemented, certified and maintained quality management systems in the following:

  • welding processes according to PN-EN ISO 3834-2,
  • welding of steel and aluminium constructions according to EN 1090-2 and EN 1090-3.

Our constructions and equipment are subjected to holistic pickling and passivation in our own pickling shop, which results in formation of an oxide film on the whole surface of material and provides basic corrosion protection of acid-proof steel.

ELA COMPACT compact wastewater treatment plants

Wastewater treatment plants of the ELA type were among our first implementations and have been still operating in villages and countryside all over Poland. We owe them our position among top companies in the sector. ELA is a technology based on a compact biological reactor, intended for treatment of municipal and household, agricultural and industrial waste water, with a capacity range from 50 to 2 000 m3.

There are two available designs of ELA reactors:

  • Type C – Continuous Flow Reacto
  • Type B – Sequencing Batch Reactor

It is possible to develop a module of anaerobic sludge disposal and stabilisation for both systems. The reactor tank can be founded in the ground (embedded) or located above the ground (raised). The ELA technology presents a number of advantages that make it stand out among its competitors:

  • simple construction and operation,
  • energy consumption for treating 1 m3 of wastewater of less than 0.55 kWh,
  • extension of wastewater treatment facility by addition of new modules,
  • fully automated operation of the mechanical and biological part and possibility of remote monitoring of the plant operation.
