Contract for design, construction works, delivery and installation, commissioning and start-up of municipal wastewater treatment and sewer system.
The scope of works related to the wastewater treatment plant included:

  • increasing the plant capacity to 150,000 m3/d,
  • delivery and installation of 6 mm stepped screens made of stainless steel, with a capacity of 3,033 m3/h per unit 3.033,
  • scrapers, diameter 40 m for sludge, floating parts for primary and secondary settling tanks, made of stainless steel and aluminium,
  • biological reactors with nitrification and denitrification,
  • pipeline systems for internal and external recirculation of sludge,
  • fermentation chambers, 6,000 m3 volume reach, including a cogeneration system (heat and power generation,
  • sludge thickening system,
  • sludge disinfection system.

Odessa

CONSTRUCTION OF 6B AND 7A PUMPING STATION IN ODESSA, UKRAINE

Execution period: 2012-2014

Contracting Party: Communal Entrepreneurship Agency for Development Programmes for Odessa

Capacity: WWPS 6B –15 120 m3/h, WWP 7A = 10 080 m3/h

Scope of deliveries for building of wastewater treatment plants:

  • large pumps for wastewater pumping,
  • valves and shapes, including DN80 – DN1800 mm valves, installation inserts, sluice gates and electromagnetic flow meters,
  • grates and screw conveyors, stainless steel pipes DN450 – DN1800 mm for internal pipelines of the pumping station,
  • modern GRP pipes to connect external networks of both pumping stations,
  • ventilation and heating equipment,
  • lifting and handling equipment.

Partaking in selecting and arranging of equipment in design documentation. Starting of internal pipelines of the pumping station, hydraulic tests of the whole system, development of as-built documentation, staff training.

Kharkov (pumping station)

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF PUMPS FOR 24 VERTICAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS AND 5 PUMPS FOR THE MAIN PUMPING ASSEMBLY.

Execution period: 2011-2013

Client: “Kharkivkomunochystvod” Municipal Company

Local wastewater pumping stations:

  • delivery and replacement of 52 pumps in 24 pumping stations (capacity from 9 kW to 170 kW),
  • delivery and replacement of fittings (valves, screws, installation inserts, compensators),
  • delivery and replacement of suction and pressure steel pipelines with a diameter range from 100 mm to 600 mm,
  • delivery and installation of control cabinets, automation and monitoring system.

Main wastewater pumping station:

  • delivery and replacement of 5 pumps with 520 kW capacity, 6 kV,
  • delivery and replacement of fittings (valves, screws, non-return valves, installation inserts, compensators),
  • delivery and replacement of suction and pressure steel pipelines with a diameter range from 800 mm to 1120 mm,
  • delivery and installation of control cabinets and automation,
  • delivery and installation of capacitor packs,
  • delivery and installation of sluice gates.

Ivano-Frankivsk

RECONSTRUCTION OF A WASTE PROCESSING FACILITY, THROUGHPUT 130,000 M³/DAY

Execution period: 2012-2014

Client: Communal Ivano-Frankivskvodoekotekhprom Utility

Development of a detailed design and as-built documentation, construction and installation works, supply of imported energy-efficient equipment, commissioning new and existing facilities, trainings for operators.

The scope of works included construction of new facilities:

  • a new system for removing sand and grease (sand chambers),
  • sands separator building,
  • recirculation and sludge surplus pumping station,
  • solidification station for phosphorus removal, and sodium hypochlorite dosing system.

The scope of works also included reconstruction of the existing facilities:

  • bioreactors with denitrification and nitrification processes,
  • separating chambers and pumping stations of primary sludge and active sludge surplus,
  • primary and secondary sedimentation tanks,
  • building and aeration of blowers.

Toruń

CONSTRUCTION OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT WITH A CAPACITY OF 90,000 M3/d
Design, building and delivery of equipment including

Client: Zakład Wodociągów i Kanalizacji (Water and Sewage Management Board) in Toruń

Execution periodi: 1996 – 2004

The scope of works included:

  • Screens building (6 mm clearances), mechanical system of gratings removal,
  • Primary settling tans with a diameter of 40 m,
  • Secondary settling tanks with a diameter of 40 m,
  • Denitrification and nitrification reactor,
  • Separated fermentation chambers – 2 chambers, 6,000 m3 volume each,
  • Heat and power cogeneration system,
  • Biogas tank.

The project was completed in a “turnkey” system.

Gliwice

CONSTRUCTION WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT WITH A CAPACITY OF 51.000 M3/d,

Client: Spółka Wodno-Ściekowa (Water and Sewer Company) in Gliwice,

Execution period: 2001-2005

Scope of works according to the order: preparation of design and as-built documentation, construction and installation works, delivery of energy-saving equipment, commissioning and start-up.

The scope of works covered the following structures:

  • main pumping station with fine screens and screw conveyors, and primary sludge pumping station,
  • biological reactors using phosphorus removal processes, nitrification and denitrification,
  • fermentation chambers with heat and power cogeneration system,
  • sludge thickening and draining system.

Otwock

RECONSTRUCTION AND EXTENSION OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN OTWOCK WITH A CAPACITY OF 15.500 M3/d.
Executed based on FIDIC procedures.

The material scope of the investment covered building and sanitary works, delivery and installation of devices, equipment and systems, road works, electrical works, control and measurement instrumentation and automation and commissioning of the following wastewater treatment plant facilities:

Task II – biogas and sludge management:

Reconstructed facilities:

  • gravitational thickeners,
  • boiler room and heat management,
  • sand scrubber building,
  • outlet trough with wastewater quantity measurement.

New facilities:

  • biofilter,
  • fermented sludge tank,
  • biogas tank,
  • biogas distribution centre,
  • biogas desulphurising facility,
  • biogas flare,
  • external process, water and sewer, central heating, lighting and control networks.

Task III – wastewater part extension

Reconstructed facilities:

  • collection station of supplied wastewater (existing part),
  • equalisation tank of supplied wastewater,
  • secondary settling tanks with chambers,
  • PIX/PAX tank with dispensing pumps,
  • storage reservoir,
  • electrical switching station,
  • external process, water and sewer, central heating, lighting and control networks,

New facilities:

  • collection station of supplied wastewater,
  • biological unit with chambers,
  • blower building.

Task IV – renovation of “Ługi” wastewater pumping station

Andrychów

RECONSTRUCTION OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN ANDRYCHÓW, WITH A CAPACITY OF 13,275 M3/D
Design, delivery and installation of equipment, commissioning for the process and initial operation

Client: Zakład Wodociągów i Kanalizacji (Water and Sewage Management Board)

Execution period: 2013 – 2015

The scope of works covered replacement of process equipment, repair and reconstruction of the following:

  • mechanical part – building of grates with a blower hall and sand separator system, aerated sand trap, primary settling tanks, main pumping station,
  • biological part – MBBR biological reactors, recirculated sludge pumping station, secondary settling tanks;
  • sludge part – sludge pumping stations and exchanger station, sludge thickener, fermentation chambers, sludge tanks, sludge dehydrating and hygienisation station, including a roof for the sludge, and biogas tank with a biogas flare

The project was completed as a “turnkey” solution.
