Information about personal data processing

Pursuant to art. 13 par. 1−2 of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on protection of natural persons in relation to personal data processing and on free flow of such data and abrogation of Directive 95/46/WE (general data protection regulation) (Official Journal of the European Union No. 119, p. 1) – hereinafter called GDPR – we inform that:

  1. Legal basis for personal data processing
    The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 section 1 point a), b), or f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
  1. Processing objectives and grounds
    Your personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of GDPR for purposes of establishing or maintaining business relations between you and EKOLOG Ltd., direct product and/or service marketing, and information provided electronically. Provision of data is strictly voluntary but may be required for purposes of concluding or performing the agreement or for purposes of other activity. The basis for data processing also includes the legal obligation imposed upon the Controller or legally legitimate interest of the Controller.

    Your processed personal data is in the category of personal data provided directly by you (or on your behalf) or personal data collected from publicly accessible sources, specifically: full name, e-mail address, contact phone, correspondence address.
  1. Data recipients
    Your personal data is received by the employees and associates of EKOLOG Ltd. z You’re your personal data can also be released to our subcontractors, i.e. professional entities providing legal, accounting, or IT services.
  1. Personal data storage time
    Your personal data will be stored and processed until you request their removal or restriction of their processing, object towards their processing, or request that it be moved. The Controller shall cease processing of your data unless there are major and legally valid grounds concerning said data, which override your interests, rights, or freedoms or said data is required by the Controller for purposes of potential establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims. You have the right to object to the processing of your data for purposes of direct marketing at any time. If the Controller receives your objection, the Controller shall stop processing your data for this purpose.

    You have the following rights in association with the processing of your personal data:
    • right to data access,
    • right to data correction,
    • right to request data removal,
    • right to request restriction of the data processing,
    • right to object to data processing,
    • right to data portability,
    • right to file complaints to the supervisory authority.
  1. Right to withdraw consent
    If your personal data is based on consent, you are authorised to withdraw said consent at any time. Withdrawal of your consent has no effect on the legality of the previously performed processing.
  1. Information on required/voluntary data
    Provision of data is strictly voluntary but may be required for purposes of concluding or performing the agreement or for purposes of other activity.
